The goal of The Luxe Room is to enhance the appearance of residential and commercial properties by providing luxury styling and staging services that are not only aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but is comfortable and reflects the taste and lifestyle of the Client.  She believes that the first step to refreshing a space is to shop at home.  Her personalized approach of working collaboratively with her Clients helps ensure the project is one that the Client will fall in love with.

OUR CONSULTATION INCLUDES:

• Tour of the property or space requiring staging

• Recommendations on what items to retain and/or remove

• Identify what needs to be fixed, replaced or painted

 

Home Staging

After the initial consultation, we will come in and prepare the home for photographs and sale.  This service involves the use of the Client’s furniture; however, shifting of pieces and procurement of additional pieces of furniture and accessories may be necessary. Many times, the seller will have homework to complete – like cleaning, packing or organizing items prior to staging day.

 

Home Refresh

This service involves a blend of current inventory and like occupied home staging, it may require procurement of additional pieces of furniture and accessories. Other enhancements that will quickly transform a space are new paint colors, flooring, and/or lighting. The ultimate goal is to satisfy the Client’s individual taste. This service can be priced by the hour or by the project.
